Jeryl L. Sparks, O.D. is a board-certified therapeutic optometric doctor specializing in primary medical eye and vision care. Dr. Sparks performs dilated and non-dilated comprehensive eye examinations on adult, child, and senior-aged patients. He will professionally treat diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration and other systematic diseases.
Our Practice
Dr. Sparks has been practicing for over thirty eight years and loves his patients. We maintain a professional, yet fun, and friendly environment. We have state of the art lab equipment in our very own own on site finishing lab, to make glasses same day in most cases. Dr. Sparks can perform OCT, visual fields, specular microscopy, topography, fundus photos, and more without having to refer you to another physician. He also can do the basic exam and refractions as well. He specializes diabetes, macular degeneration, glaucoma, double vision, cataracts, dry eye and refractive surgical procedures.

Although we do offer same-day appointments when available, we encourage making appointments as far in advance as possible. Our friendly staff will be happy to answer any questions you have regarding scheduling and payment arrangements. Insurance must be verified 48 hours before appointments.
